We aim to cater for a variety of ages and therefore leave it to the discretion of our customers to assess whether a child is old enough for any particular item, and to ensure it is sensibly used. Items bought from us are not suitable for children under the age of 3.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY:
All products sold by petit artisan Limited come with an exchange satisfaction guarantee. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with your order or a product, simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange of the same value or a credit note.
Products should be in their original unit packaging and resaleable condition. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item from us which is defective or sent in error we will refund your postage costs in returning the item.
